Hello you…
“hello you“ was performed live on April 20th 2011 in a bedroom in a flat in Edinburgh to an audience member of one. I gave my audience member a video camera and asked them to film the performance.
In collaboration with the National Theatre of Scotland: “Hello you…” is an insightful one-woman slice of theatre that reveals one woman’s private hopes, fears and anticipations as she deliberates; will she ever become a mother?
On June 21st the National Theatre of Scotland streamed 235 five minute live theatre pieces from their website over the course of 24 hours to celebrate their 5th Birthday. The pieces of theatre came from all corners of the world; Scotland, Paraguay, Italy, America, Brussels, Australia, London, India and China were some of the Countries taking part in the celebrations with their backdrops including a farmyard, a tree-house, a public library, a restaurant, a flat, a train, a classroom, a swimming pool, a cave and the occasional traditional Theatre setting.
“hello you” was streamed at 08:10am on June 22nd 2011.
